Experience
Sherry Santa Cruz has over 39 years experience in all phases of the civil litigation process including trials and arbitrations. She has worked as a litigator in the role of defense staff counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for 30 years handling cases involving personal injury, products liability and construction defect as well as commercial subrogation litigation in both the commercial as well as personal market lines of insurance defense.
Ms. Santa Cruz was also the California Regional SIU counsel for 11 years for Liberty Mutual and was involved in the investigation and litigation of fraudulent claims in Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, Nevada and California.
From 1983-1993 she represented plaintiffs in disputes involving personal injury, property damage and construction defect litigation.
