Experience
Jeff Paape has been a successful litigator and trial attorney throughout California for approximately 34 years. He has been involved with more than 30 civil trials, not including Short Order Cause trials. His practice includes complex civil litigation, insurance defense, construction defects, construction, real estate, business, and personal injury. He was selected by Superior Court Judge David Flinn, in Martinez, California, to appear at a conference in his courtroom as a representative of the most significant construction defect lawyers in California. Jeff Paape has also served as a speaker at the Lorman Education Services Seminars entitled, “Creative Strategies for Handling Construction Defect Claims in California”. He has been interviewed and quoted in several newspapers, including the Sacramento Business Journal regarding one of his construction defect case trials and the status of construction defect litigation throughout California. He has also appeared several times as a guest on “The Home Show” radio program discussing his trial results and significant issues in construction defect litigation. He has been a team leader at different law firms. Jeff Paape has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in hundreds of complex litigation cases and has worked on numerous cases involving damage allegations of at least $5,000,000 to $500,000,000 or more.
