Experience
Alyssa Malchiodi brings over a decade of civil litigation and business law experience in California and Nevada. She focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, insurance defense, intellectual property, construction-related matters, and business advisory work.
Ms. Malchiodi began her legal career in 2011 as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Valorie J. Vega in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada, where she analyzed and drafted rulings on a wide range of civil and criminal motions, including summary judgment, dismissal, and post-judgment matters. This experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of courtroom procedure and judicial decision-making.
She later practiced with several respected firms in Southern California, handling insurance defense and complex civil litigation matters from inception through trial. Her work included drafting dispositive motions, managing complex discovery, preparing cases for mediation and trial, and representing clients at depositions, hearings, and civil jury trials in both California and Nevada. She also served as second chair in a two-week civil jury trial in Las Vegas, Nevada.
